Legg Lake Field Trip

November 17, 2018, 7:00 am - 11:30 am

Legg Lake is a group of three lakes within the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area in South El Monte. In addition to resident birds, we hope to see some winter visitors (ducks, sapsuckers, warblers). Legg Lake has a history of attracting some over-wintering vagrants so there are many possibilities. Meet at 7:00 AM in the parking lot off of Santa Anita Road (the free parking lot). This will be a morning walk - we will finish before mid-day.
